Savanna recognises that the future of the business lies in its brands remaining relevant to the target markets and in continuous development and improvement of existing and new brands. Savanna launched its brands upon the realisation that there was an unsatisfied consumer demand for good quality, value for money cigarettes within most of the market segments in a number of countries. Multinationals are unable to meet this demand due to the high costs associated with past & ongoing litigation, high corporate overheads & the desire to maintain investor confidence by showing increased profits even in declining markets. To meet this unsatisfied demand, Savanna has developed two key brands each with four variants. These brands are Pacific, the major brand that is well known in the regional markets, and Pegasus which is the newer of the two and has mainly been traded in South Africa and Zimbabwe.

Pacific Brands
Pacific brands are made from the finest blend of premium tobaccos expertly made for maximum satisfaction and smoking pleasure. The brands are made through a meticulous selection and blending of robust local and international tobaccos to provide consumers with genuine smoking pleasure.    
Pacific Blue
This is Savanna’s full flavoured Virginia cigarette that appeals to mature, confident and assertive smokers who know what they want from their cigarettes. This brand was launched in 2004 and it is currently Savanna’s flagship export brand.
Pacific Storm
This is the company’s toasted cigarette brand that appeals to seasoned smokers who are looking for a strong cigarette. It is an American blend combining the best of Virginia and Burley tobaccos. Storm was launched in 2005 but research indicates that smokers that have tried it have remained loyal to it since then and seem quite content with their toasted brand of choice.
Pacific Mist
This is a Virginia brand for the intelligent, young stylish smoker who is discerning. It is a light Virginia with full flavour and a distinct aroma of finely blended and processed tobaccos. Pacific Mist was launched immediately after Storm in 2005. The brand has carved its own niche and has shown steady growth since then.
Pacific Breeze
Breeze is our smooth and cool menthol brand for the, gentle, relaxed, stylish and success seeking smoker who is easy going. It appeals to a cross section of smokers who have these personality traits. Breeze is the youngest member of the Pacific family but has also won a lot of support amongst menthol smokers in Savanna’s targeted markets.
Pegasus
The Pegasus brand range is named after precious minerals in an attempt to fully depict the value embedded in this brand. It is a popular value for money brand providing consumers with high quality but affordable cigarettes.
   
Pegasus Sapphire
Pegasus Sapphire is the full flavoured Virginia cigarette made out of only the finest tobaccos to create a unique flavour and world class smoothness.
Pegasus Ruby
Ruby cigarettes contain a blend of choice Zimbabwean and international tobaccos to produce a strong and fully satisfying brand for the mature smoker.
Pegasus Platinum
